How to get to Hermit's Cove, Aloguinsan

Looking for a natural white sand beach southwest of Cebu City? Want to relax and enjoy at an eco-friendly resort away from the stress of city life? Go now to HERMIT'S COVE in Aloguinsan! Its a 1-kilometer stretch of fine white sand beach with crystal clear waters facing Negros Island hidden under the edge of a cliff in a remote barangay, located about 59 kilometers southwest of Cebu City.

A 2-hour bus travel from Cebu South Bus Terminal, you may hop on a yellow Sepo bus going to Aloguinsan, tell the bus driver or the one who gives you a ticket to drop you off at Aloguinsan Public Market and pay about PHP80 for a 2-hour land travel.
From there, you can ride a motorcycle to Hermit's Cove and pay about PHP30-50 per person for a 20-30 minute "rocky" ride. Hahaha.
Arriving at the cove after a very stressful ride haha (ITS WAS REALLY STRESSFUL HAHA), we were then welcomed by the members of the local cooperative supported by the LGU Tourism office who are running the place.  The entrance fee is PHP100 per person. There are a number of cottages at Hermit’s Cove, which visitors can use for free. Visitors should take note that the place is only open until 5:00 PM, which means an overnight stay is big NO NO.  There are no restaurants or eateries in the area. The town is actually known for its river cruise traversing the Bojo River, you can check it out too!
